I've spent 20 years in the construction industry, including 15 years running an established residential design, surveying, CAD and planning business — measured surveys, CAD drawings and residential planning applications, working day to day with homeowners, builders, architects and contractors.
Those years are the reason this service can be streamlined. I know exactly what a council needs to determine a householder application, and what information is genuinely required to produce accurate drawings — so nothing unnecessary is added to your project, your timescale or your fee.
Easy Architecture isn't a new business run by someone who has just started producing planning drawings. It's a new, specialist brand built on many years of relevant practical experience. I'm not a registered architect, and for the projects we take on you don't need one.

Where required, we can arrange or coordinate Building Regulations drawings, structural engineering and construction information. These are separate specialist services, quoted separately from the £750 planning package and discussed after planning approval where appropriate.
